Description:
Gore's index seems flawed, giving some titles not in the book, and page numbers beyond 36.
Notes:
Uses some of the same plates as A Collection of New Reels & Highland Strathspeys, with different page numbers. 'Allwise in humour' in the earlier book, becomes 'Always in humour' in this edition.
J. Murdoch Henderson has noted on the GB-En copy how the pages relate - the plates not used by Urbani may have been used by Abraham MacIntosh instead.
Where a tune is in both books, Urbani's corrections seem to consist of very small adjustments to the most simple and repetitive of the basses.
Henderson noted that many tunes are based on those of Marshall, with slight variations and changed titles.
